Return & Refund Policy – Well Cart

At Well Cart, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We offer returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • A ₹15 COD fee is non-refundable

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
